The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, even if you leave late. The location is excellent—right next to the metro station and in the heart of Şişli, surrounded by shops and cafés. The room size is also impressive, offering plenty of space to relax. The staff is amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. This isn’t my first stay here, and it definitely won’t be my last. I’ll be coming back for sure!

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Istanbul over the past 20 years, even better than the Divan Hotel and similar ones. The staff is incredibly kind and caring. There is a lady at the reception during the day who was extremely polite, helpful, and kind, though regrettably I did not get her name. My return flight was around 3 AM, and she proactively asked if I wanted a breakfast package prepared for the airport without me even mentioning it—what a considerate gesture! The level of heart and kindness she displayed is truly remarkable. I deeply appreciate such outstanding hospitality. This hotel genuinely feels like home, and I am certain that I will choose this place for my next trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

1- location: you are in the most prestigious shopping area of Istanbul. 2- Food: very generous and quality breakfast awaits you. 3- Staff: extremely friendly, yet professional and supportive team from categories( Reception to House keeping to security to concierge to kitchen to porters) . Special thanks to Zeli, Anil, Merve from Reception whom have shown high professionalism in dealing with the customer’s concerns and solving it asap. 4- Room : Spacious and just right for your needs. 5- Spa : wonderful and comfortable relaxing zone

We had a suite, which had a good size and a huge comfortable balcony. Bathroom was spacious and well-designed. On the highest floor they have a simple, but nice restaurant for grabbing a dinner. Not fancy, but a nice area to eat outside. Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.

Firstly the staff and reception was excellent Secondly the location, right on top of the metro station close to shopping and eateries The location is on a busy street and our room was facing it but it is extremely quiet and restful We had a non smoking room and for the first time in 2 months there was no smoke odour in our room We didn’t make use of the spa area so no opinion on that. I find it odd in the reviews that I read that no one mentioned the great breakfast that is available in the hotel. We went out the first few days and were disappointed with the options nearby, wish we had eaten breakfast here every day. Like a Turkish breakfast should be. So many options and great quality

We recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Hotel Lasagrada. The facilities, especially the spa and wellness center, were fantastic. The massage was exceptionally good and left us feeling completely relaxed. A special thanks goes to Mr. Gökberk, who welcomed us warmly and provided outstanding assistance. His professionalism and hospitality truly made our stay special. Additionally, we would like to extend our gratitude to all the staff at the hotel. Every single member of the team was exceptionally friendly and helpful, contributing to an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be coming back!
