The hotel are new .. modern and have all the things that you need in good trip, excellent location , in a famous area and near Taksim , it’s clean , luxurious, all staff especially those from reception are Proffesional and nice so gentle , while the other always smile and happy with your stay in the hotel always they are very nice, good delicious food presented , Metro station just in front of the hotel don’t worry for transportation , many restaurants and different store and exchange offices are around the hotel even shopping Malls , for those who want a relaxing stay and a good access to different location of Istanbul ( tourist area, Malls and shopping area , walking and leisure time) this hotel with reasonable price are of choices. Really we have good time there and I will go to this Hotel again

I booked a deluxe room and wanted an upgrade to the luxury deluxe room. I could not do it through Booking.com but the receptionist Ilyas was very cooperative and offered a free upgrade. The most thing I liked is the location of this hotel, it is literally a minute walk to the metro station which was very convenient. In terms of the room, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast is also great.

Location was very good and it is near the shops. staff were very friendly and helpful, and I want to thank the SPA Reception Mr. Gokberk Tuncer for making us very comfortable during our time in the swimming pool.
